多米尼加对华EMT钢管作出反倾销终裁-管材展-钢管展-2026第二十六届广州国际管材及管材加工设备展览会－巨浪展览-Pipe Exhibition-Tube Exhibition-The 26th China (Guangzhou) International Tube & Pipe Processing Equipment Exhibition

据中国贸易救济信息网，2月26日，多米尼加不公平贸易和保障措施监管委员会发布公告，公布第CDC-RD-AD-003-2026号决议，对原产于中国的直径介于0.5英寸～3英寸的EMT钢管（西班牙语：tubos MET Conduit）作出反倾销肯定性终裁，决定对中国涉案产品征收16%的反倾销税，措施有效期为五年，自2026年3月6日起生效，至2031年3月5日终止。涉案产品的多米尼加税号为7306.30.00、7306.50.00、7306.69.00、7306.90.00、7308.90.10和7326.90.90。
2024年11月13日，多米尼加对原产于中国的EMT钢管启动反倾销调查。案件倾销调查期为2023年10月1日～2024年5月31日，损害调查期为2021年1月1日～2023年12月31日及2024年1月1日～2024年5月31日。2025年9月19日，多米尼加对该案作出肯定性初裁，初步裁定征收16%的临时反倾销税，措施自2025年9月26日起生效，有效期为四个月，至2026年1月25日终止。
