2025年4月17日，欧亚经济委员会内部市场保护司发布对原产于中国的无缝钢管反倾销案第一次日落复审终裁披露（参见第2025/434/AD27R1号公告），裁定若取消现行反倾销税，将导致涉案产品的倾销以及该倾销造成的产业损害将继续或再度发生，因此，建议继续对涉案产品征收第218号决议确定的15.50%反倾销税，有效期为五年。涉案产品为外直径不超过650毫米（含），横截面为圆形的无缝耐腐蚀不锈钢管。涉案产品的欧亚经济联盟税号为7304491000、7304499301、7304499309、7304499501、7304499509、7304499900。

利益相关方应于2025年5月5日（含）前提交案件评述意见。

2018年9月4日，欧亚经济联盟对原产于中国的无缝钢管启动反倾销调查。2019年9月17日，欧亚经济委员会对该案作出肯定性终裁，建议对涉案产品加征15.50%反倾销税。依据欧亚经济委员会第218号决议，欧亚经济联盟自2020年2月1日起对中国无缝钢管征收15.50%反倾销税，有效期为五年，至2025年1月31日止。2024年9月25日，欧亚经济委员会对该案启动第一次日落复审调查。2024年12月20日，欧亚经济委员会将现行15.50%反倾销税的有效期延长至2025年9月24日（参见2024年12月17日第145号决议）。
