US’ structural pipe imports down in Sep m-o-m- The 21st China (Guangzhou ) Int’l tube & pipe Processing Equipment Exhibition

According to the final Census Bureau data from the US Department of Commerce (USDOC), the total amount of structural pipe imports in the US in September was approximately 31,300 tons, which was down by 12% month on month but increasing by 23.1% year on year.
The import value was around US$38.9 million, falling from US$40.7 million in the previous month while rising from US$27.8 million in the same month last year.
Among them, most of the US'' structural pipes were imported from Canada, totaling around 21,500 tons, up from 20,000 tons in the previous month and 15,000 tons in September 2018; followed by Mexico with around 5,700 tons; followed by South Korea with around 1,600 tons.
