The European Union (EU) imposed an anti-dumping duty of 48.3% to 71.9% on Chinese stainless steel seamless pipes in December, 2011. After its expiration in 2016, the EU initiated an anti-dumping review investigation on Chinese products.
The EU announced in March this year that it would extend the anti-dumping duties on stainless steel seamless pipes from China for 5 years and continued to impose an anti-dumping duty of 48.3% to 71.9% on the products involved in dumping.
In addition, the EU recently also decided to extend the anti-dumping duties on stainless steel seamless pipes from Malaysia.
