Taiwanese YC Inox's new plant to put into operation before end 2018- The 20th China (Guangzhou ) Int’l tube & pipe Processing Equipment Exhibition

YC Inox, one of the stainless steel manufacturers in Taiwan, announced its third quarter earnings report on November 2nd, with a profit of NT$239 million in a single quarter, an increase of 6.2%. YC Inox said that the good performance in its profit was mainly due to the adjustment of the sales ratio of stainless steel pipes with higher unit price and better gross profit, and the continued exchange rate of the Taiwan dollar.
In terms of production capacity, stainless steel pipes had an annual production capacity of 110,000 tons and stainless steel coils had an annual production capacity of 240,000 tons. The products were sold in 5 continents and hundreds of countries around the world.
The company has invested more than NT$2.3 billion to build a new plant in Douliu. The plant covering an area of 20,000 pings will be completed by the end of the year. By then, it will be able to add 2,500 tons of stainless steel pipe capacity per month.
