According to the report, the Mexican Ministry of Economy currently decided to impose an anti-dumping duty on the imports of carbon steel tube from South Korea, Spain, India and Ukraine through completing the investigation of the unfair trade. In the meanwhile, the Mexican government also slapped the anti-dumping duty on Chinese carbon steel tubes on March, 2018.
Lately, the Mexican domestic steel enterprises announced to reduce thousands of employees and lessened investments in 2015, which caused the Mexican government begun to conduct an anti-dumping investigation with the period during April 2013 to March 2016 and impose the tariff on the imports of steel product from several countries.
