It was reported that Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Finance discussed the anti-dumping duties on steel pipe imports used in factories from China and South Korea on December 8th because the two countries sold their products mentioned above in Japanese market at dumped prices.
Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and the Ministry of Finance have previously determined that the dumping might injure Japanese domestic steel industry, so they would confirm the duty rate as early as the end of 2017. - The
