South Korean steel pipe production drops in Oct- The 19th China (Guangzhou ) Int¡¯l tube & pipe Processing Equipment Exhibition

According to the statistics from the Korea Iron & Steel Association (KOSA), the steel pipe production was around 410,000 tons in October, down by 14.3% month on month. The significant decrease of South Korean steel pipe production was mainly due to the long-term holidays of Mid-Autumn Festival.
Based on the statistics, the production for most types of the steel pipe dropped. Among them, only the production of tubes used for heat exchange grew, and that of oil pipes fell the most.
