It is reported that China¡¯s crude steel production increased by 4.9% for April of this year, compared with the same period of last year, which was higher than India''s 4.8%.
Crude steel production in China and India was not at the same level, and the production gap was quite different. Moreover, the development stages of the steel industry in both countries were different.
According to the World Iron Association (WSA) data showed in April of this year that China produced about 72.78 million tons of crude steel, increased by 4.9% compared with the same period of last year and India produced 8.065 million tons of crude steel increased by 4.8% compared with the same period of last year, respectively.
