Because of the traditional low season from December to February, plus Turkey lira depreciation against the dollar, Turkey¡¯s pipe market demand remained weak, as buyers are still required to purchase with only necessary quantity.
Meanwhile, Turkey producers announced pipe demand in Europe rose slightly over the past two weeks, but overall demand in export markets remained weak.
