中超控股1月5日在互动平台表示，公司定增项目实施后，江苏精铸将形成年产1000吨高温合金精密铸件的生产能力，发展为我国航空航天高温合金特种产品产业示范基地和国际大型复杂薄壁高温合金精密铸件的主要供应商，成为航发赛道中的核心企业。项目系公司提升高温合金精密铸件产业化能力、研发实力及市场开拓能力从而进一步提升核心竞争力的重要举措，有利于提升公司市场影响力、提高上市公司盈利能力。
