金融界2025年2月3日消息，国家知识产权局信息显示，泰州瑞北工业炉有限公司取得一项名为“一种大承载炉辊”的专利，授权公告号CN 222418575 U，申请日期为2024年6月。
专利摘要显示，本实用新型公开了一种大承载炉辊，包括轴头、第一过渡辊套、辊身、第二过渡辊套和减速机轴头，所述轴头、第一过渡辊套、辊身、第二过渡辊套和减速机轴头依次相连接，所述辊身内套装有辊芯，所述辊芯与辊身内壁之间构成至少二点的接触连接，本实用新型技术方案采用了辊身内部增加支撑件的方式提高了辊身的机械强度，在辊身长跨度或者工件重承载或者长时间热处理时，辊身可以保持原有状态，消除了微变形现象，提升了炉辊的使用寿命，更换频率低，经济性高。
