It was reported that Japan''s Nisshin Steel Co., Ltd. (Nisshin Steel) was delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange on December 26th, and the final stock price fell to JPY$1,258 per share.
Nisshin Steel held an interim shareholders meeting with the personnel of Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corporation (NSSMC) to officially approve and implement the share transfer agreement On December 10th.
According to the statement by Nisshin Steel, it stated that the company will fully support the development of the parent company and expand the synergy between the NSSMC and Nisshin Steel after becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of NSSMC.
