It is reported that the average price of steel has continued to rise in Italy''s local market since the beginning of July.
The prices rose in last week, as the European Commission proposed measures to on imports of hot rolled plates from Brazil, Iran, Russia and Ukraine. At the same time, the demand for Italian steel plate market has increased slightly as distributors were replenishing their banks. According to market sources said that Italian domestic prices will rise further in the next few days.
