According to ANZ indicated that Russia and China have signed an energy cooperation agreement, which would lead Aluminum production dropped further. The cooperation agreement would also try to balance aluminum production between supply and demand in the market.
Even though, Alcoa and Aluminum Corporation of China have announced to cut aluminum production recently. It is believed that the global aluminum market would still need to deal with 1.4 million tons surplus at this moment. However, China''s new generation of energy-saving smelter would improve the aluminum production capacity remain steady.
