The World Bureau of Metal Statistics (WBMS) revealed in a report the global aluminum market was in a shortage of 521,000 tons in the first nine months of this year.
In 2013, the global aluminum market was in a surplus of 570,000 tons in 2013.
Meanwhile, copper was in a shortage of 128,000 tons in the first nine months of this year.
In 2013, the global copper supply was in a surplus of 281,000 tons.
