Colorado Resources Completes Acquisition of Buckingham Copper-2020 China(Guangzhou)Int’l Non-Ferrous Metal（Copper）Exhibition

Colorado Resources Ltd and Buckingham Copper Corp, announced that they have completed their previously announced plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act, pursuant to which Colorado acquired all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Buckingham and, in exchange, shareholders of Buckingham received 0.5 of a common share of Colorado for each Buckingham Share held.
Joseph Mullin, the incoming CEO of Colorado, said that "We are excited to have completed the Plan of Arrangement between Colorado and Buckingham. Our exploration program will begin immediately. My team and I have assumed the management of day to day operations. It is a great time to be advancing exploration on Colorado''s top tier assets in BC''s Golden Triangle."
