Chilean copper production hit 4-year high in Nov-2019 China(Guangzhou)Int’l Non-Ferrous Metal（Copper）Exhibition

According to the data released by Chilean National Statistics Institute (INE), Chile produced around 541,000 tons of copper in November last year, up by 7% from a year earlier and hit the highest monthly output in the previous 4 years.
The copper production during the period from January to November reached around 5.34 million tons, up by 6.1% from a year earlier. The increase in production was driven by improved ore grade and efficient processing at some of Chilean largest copper mines.
The Chilean Copper Commission (COCHILCO) forecasted output of 5.76 million tons roughly in 2018, up by 4.7% from 2017.
