According to the Peru government announced last Friday, the country¡¯s copper, zinc and silver production have increased significantly, because of domestic large-scale mining enterprises supply increased.
In June of this year, Peru¡¯s copper production increased by 1.28% to 209,859 tons compared with the same period of last year, because of the production increased by Cerro Verde and Las Bambas copper mines. In the meantime, copper production rose by 4.72% to 1,175,093 tons in January-June of this year, compared with the same period of last year.
