On February 28, 2017, the US Department of Commerce announced to make anti-dumping positive final ruling on phosphor copper (Product H.S.Code No. 7405.00.1000) imports from South Korea with dumping rate of 8.43%. This case deals with products under the US Harmonized. US International Trade Commission (USTIC) is expected to make final ruling on industrial damage by April 13, 2017.
The case was established on March 29, 2016, and was announced with positive preliminary ruling by USDOC on October 5, 2016. According to statistics, the imported amount of phosphor copper from South Korea''s in 2015 totals about US$4.3 million, quantity about 700 tons.
