For 42 years SMF Tools has been producing high precision tools for the cold and hot forming industry ¨C specialising in manufacturing complex carbide and steel tooling, and particular in collapsing dies.
Based on its experience SMF Tools is able to offer a support service in the broadest sense to its customers, from the initial concept to the final ¡®ready to produce¡¯ (assembled) tooling.
SMF Tools aim is to improve customers¡¯ tool life whilst reaching the lowest cost price per piece. It can do this by combining modern equipment, such as wire and sparkling-EDM machines, CNC lathes, 3 and 5 axle milling machines, as well as using techniques such as CAD/CAM with traditional operations ¨C ensuring that the products go through the most optimal machining processes and produce the highest quality and dimensional accuracy.
