WFO-Technical Forum and 59th IFC 2019 – Call For Papers

The World Foundry Organization (WFO) and Slovenian Foundrymen’s Society are seeking paper contributions for the WFO Technical Forum and 59th International Foundry Conference to be held in Portoroz, Slovenia on 18th to 20th September 2019.

The event will bring together the international foundry industry in a beautiful part of the world to share the latest developments in casting technology with like-minded people. A small scale exhibition will also be held in conjunction with the event.

Contributions are sought under the motto of ‘Castings as complex components’ and will be divided into four categories: 

·         Cast iron

·         Non-ferrous alloys   

·         Foundry engineering and technology

·         Student lecture (doctoral, master’s students and young researchers)

Lecture requests with information about the author and co-authors is required by 30th April 2019.
