Iranian PASCO evades economic sanctions & continues to export-The 20th China (Guangzhou) Int’l Spring Industry Exhibition

Iranian billet steel manufacturing plant Pasargad Steel Complex (PASCO) said the company has found ways to avoid economic sanctions and continue to export steel.
The director said that Iran found sales in the Arabian Peninsula, but the freight was higher, which was less competitive in the market.
From April to September, the company exported 330,000 tons of steel, and it planned to convert 70% of its products into exports.
At the beginning of this year, PASCO purchased reclaimers and stockpilers for the treatment of iron ore, iron ore pellet and powder mine, and also purchased direct reduced iron to produce steel billet with an annual capacity of 1.5 million tons.
