Our fleet of spring coiling machines range from 4 to 6 axes with wire diameter support from 0.2 mm (0.0078”) to 20.00 mm (0.787”). Various models also have attachments that provides functionality to produce torsion springs, flat wire springs and wave springs. The user is only required to know the spring''s outer diameter, pitch and number of spring coils in order to manufacture an array of products. Our Spring Length Device (SLD) is also standard on many models and allows the coiler to detect the spring length of the current unit in production and adjusts the pitch automatically in real time.
