China’s steelmaker Jiangsu Shagang Group has announced its price list in the domestic market for August. The company decided to raise its prices for wire rod by RMB30-50/ton for August.
The prices for 45 hard wire rod thickness of 6.5mm are at RMB2,580/ton, up RMB50/ton. The company’s price of LX72A remained unchanged. Meanwhile, the company’s prices of 82B wire rod remained unchanged at RMB2800/ton; SWRCH6A-22A wire rod prices also remain unchanged, the above prices include 17% VAT, effective immediately on August 1th.
