Furnace Parts LLC. Earlier this week we had a brief news item about industry supplier Furnace Parts out of Cleveland so it is rather unusual that we should have a second news item about the company the same week.
"In October 2015, Ultra Electronics completed the acquisition of Furnace Parts LLC. Ultra plans to integrate the Furnace Parts business with its existing temperature measurement business, Ultra Electronics, Nuclear Sensor & Process Instrumentation (formerly known as Weed Instrument Company) in Round Rock, TX. Operationally for Furnace Parts, products continue to be produced and shipped out of our Cleveland, Ohio facility, and our knowledgeable associates will remain with the business, servicing our ever expanding customer base. Our dedication to providing industrial thermocouples and temperature sensors of exceptional quality, shipped in the shortest lead times in the industry and with an emphasis on value remains a constant. Under new ownership, we will continue to enhance those capabilities and expand the solutions that challenge temperature measurement applications."
Wisconsin Oven. Now isn''t this a really weird but interesting style of oven? It is the first one of this style that we have ever seen but it looks rather cool-brought to you by Wisconsin Oven.
"Wisconsin Oven Corporation announced the shipment of a natural gas fired carousel oven used to cure urethane in molds. This carousel conveyor oven provides a single load/unload point for the operator. The industrial oven has a maximum operating temperature rating of 275¡ã F and a carousel conveying system that is 30" wide with and outside diameter of 144". The design capability of the conveyor oven is based on holding various mold quantities and sizes on the carousel. The carousel has been designed to support 1,500 pounds and has an adjustable rotation speed of 2 to 10 revolutions per hour. The heater has been sized for product loading of 1,000 pounds per hour. A powered air seal curtain at each oven entrance reduces heat loss."
