recently delivered a 350¡ãF electric conveyor oven for baking an undisclosed solvent-based product on slave trays. Due to the solvency of the product, the Oven had to be NFPA 86, Class A rated. Slave trays will be fed through the 33¡¯ long oven via flat wire mesh belt conveyor. At the entrance and exit of the oven, balls tables were included to transfer the slave trays to a multi-stand conveyor that sits adjacent to the oven. This provided a complete working cell for the customer.

Additionally, lead time was crucial for this project. LEWCO was able to exceed customer expectations by completing the project nearly 5 weeks ahead of schedule.
