SECO/WARWICK delivered two retort vacuum tempering furnaces for high-vacuum treatment to Heat & Surface Treatment Eindhoven in the Netherlands, which is part of Aalberts Industries. The furnaces were ordered to increase the company’s production capacity. They will provide more efficiency in high temperatures, but their main focus is on brightness of the parts after annealing/tempering. The solution will exceed parameters of the process in furnaces based on nitrogen, argon or forming gas.

SECO/WARWICK retort vacuum tempering furnaces come with full control of the process parameters displayed on LCD screen as well as with a separate system for maintenance reminders and parts’ parameters control. The furnaces can be connected to the internal network, and all the processes can be controlled online. There are also hard disks that record all the data of every process of the furnace.
