"This pre-Christmas period is a busy one for the manufacturing plant of AICHELIN in Mödling.
The high order intake of last spring is now being worked off and so 11 multiple-purpose chamber furnaces with oil quenching tanks and additional 19 auxiliary units, such as tempering furnaces, protective gas generators and washing machines as well as several wire mesh belt furnaces are waiting to be delivered to the respective customers. The energy-efficient and reliable heat treatment plants are being manufactured for well-known customers from various sectors, such as the automotive industry and the transportation and machinery industries. The plants will be delivered to EU as well as former CIS countries, but also to China and Taiwan.
Customer requirements, local realities and technical particularities define the individual plant design. The plants boast low exhaust gas emissions as well as low maintenance and repair cost. “It becomes apparent that the high-quality design of AICHELIN chamber furnace lines is increasingly in demand. This is the result of our continuous development in the last years”, says Fritz Oppolzer, product manager for chamber furnace lines at AICHELIN. In addition to the production of high-quality industrial plants and systems for the thermal and thermo-chemical heat treatment of metallic components, AICHELIN is the ideal partner for the infrastructure of the plants, preventive maintenance, service, spare parts and the modernization of plants from other suppliers.
