Upon China''s stricter environmental policies, the disqualified intermediate frequency furnace steel mills had turned to Southeast Asia for production of billet.
Although the mills had tried to add a refining processing in the end of the production flow to improve the quality; however, there was not order conclusion from customers so far due to the quality concern.
The annual production was estimated to be about 120 millions tons which was turned to Southeast Asia.
