Solar Atmospheres announced several organizational changes within the Solar family of companies.

Roger Jones has been appointed CEO for Solar Atmospheres’ four vacuum heat-treating locations: Solar Atmospheres, Souderton, Pa.; Solar Atmospheres, Hermitage, Pa.; Solar Atmospheres, Fontana, Calif.; and Solar Atmospheres, Greenville, S.C. Roger previously held the position of corporate president. He started the Solar Atmospheres vacuum heat-treating business with his father, William Jones, in 1983.

Jamie Jones has been promoted to president of Solar Atmospheres’ Souderton location. Jamie previously served as vice president of operations at the Souderton location and has been with the company for over 20 years.

Trevor Jones has been promoted to CEO of Solar Manufacturing, Magnetic Specialties and the newly developed Vacuum Pump Services Corp. Trevor has been active in the furnace operations and R&D department at Solar since 2004, and he previously held the position of principal engineer at Solar Atmospheres.
