Electric furnace ordinary steel makers plans to raise sales price substantially in and after February on the background of increasing ferrous scrap price, improvement high yen and rising demand. Deformed steel bars makers say they can not decide the price for the present due to increasing ferrous scrap price, and they keep cautious reaction for order receipt because they avoid futures contracts.
