ESCO Corp. Orders Four Heat-Treating Furnaces heat treatment expo

Nutec Bickley received an order for four gas-fired heat-treating furnaces from ESCO Corp. The furnaces are identical in size, with inside dimensions of 8 feet wide x 8.5 feet deep x 9.5 feet high. The units have a wide temperature range (300-2100°F) and will be used to process steel foundry products. The furnace design incorporates the latest technology in combustion equipment and controls with self-recuperative burners and special, ultra-large ceramic-fiber modules, which help eliminate hot spots. The installation will be completed in early 2014 at ESCO’s Newton, Miss., facility. ESCO Corp. is an independent designer, manufacturer and provider of highly engineered wear parts and replacement products used in a variety of applications.
