"SOLO Swiss has recently installed a new automatic heat treatment line with 80 kg capacity at Changhe Aircraft Industries Group, located in the Jiangxi Province of China. This new Profitherm 80 heat treatment line, intended to the treatment of helicopter turbine parts allows multiple processes. She is equipped with 2 hardening furnaces, 3 tempering furnaces (high and low temperature), 2 quench tanks (water and oil), 2 washing machines (oil), 1 loading fork and 4 loading/unloading tables. This equipment is powered by the AXRON Swiss process control system with SIEMENS technology. With over 70 years’ experience, SOLO Swiss manufactures atmosphere furnaces for metal heat treatment since 1945 which are sold worldwide.
