Bodycote Huntington Park, California, Fire Incident—The 18th China(Guangzhou)Int’l Heat Treatment, Industrial Furnace Exhibition

On Saturday, September 3, a fire occurred at the Bodycote Huntington Park, Californiafacility. Bodycote is working closely with the local fire department which is investigating the incident. As a result of the fire, electrical power to the site is currently interrupted, with a small section of the plant inoperable. Fortunately, all employees are safe and there is no environmental impact. The majority of heat treating equipment at the plant is undamaged, and the facility is expected to be up and running in a relatively short time. Bodycote is working directly with its customers to ensure continuity of service for their orders. All employees at the plant are receiving the full support from Bodycote management during this period"
