Russia-based leading global iron ore and hot briquetted iron (HBI) producer Metalloinvest has announced that its integrated iron and steel plant Ural Steel has delivered steel products for the largest transport infrastructure project in Siberia, namely, a bridge across the Vakh river connecting the Tomsk region and Yugra, which has been already opened.
The bridge connects Strezhevoy town with Nizhnevartovsk and is a part of one of the main sections of a motorway in Western Siberia. The bridge is 7.9 km long and has a capacity of 8,000 vehicles a day.
