Tata Steel warmed it would be a big danger that if UK exit the EU, it would make the UK isolated and weakened.
Currently, for Tata Steel’s total revenue terms, approximately 50% of revenue, Tata Steel ‘s production in the UK have been sold into whole continental Europe
Always, the UK is very successful in attracting investment from non-EU companies setting up facilities in Europe, and the key of the selling points is access to the whole EU internal market.
If this becomes the truth, the UK would not be as attractive effect ion for most third countries to negotiate with but also have the same bargaining power to trade deals.
According to latest data of the Indian steel producer reporting EBITDA(finance term) for its European operations at ￡87m from Oct 1 to Dec 31,2013, it reported a loss of almost ￡50m compared with the same period in 2012.
