It was understood from a senior official of the Indian government on Wednesday (May 29th) that the Indian Ministry of Steel and the Ministry of Commerce had different opinions on the increased steel import tariffs.

The Ministry of Steel was favorable to raise the import tariffs on steel from the existing 10-12.5% to a single rate at 20%. However, the Ministry of Commerce thought that the adjustment will cause negative impact on domestic engineering and automotive parts industries.

Therefore, the Ministry of Commerce has set up a committee to vanish the dispute, and the committee will be in charge of reviewing domestic steel pricing issues, including the export prices of large steel mills, and submit the prices to the Ministry of Commerce. ½ðÊôÕ¹-Ò±½ðÕ¹-2019¹ãÖݾÞÀ˹ú¼Ê½ðÊôôßÒ±½ð¹¤ÒµÕ¹ÀÀ»á-ÑÇÖÞ×î´ó½ðÊôÒ±½ðÕ¹-¾ÞÀËÕ¹ÀÀ-2019 China(Guangzhou)Int¡¯l Metal & Metallurgy Exhibition-metal exhibition -metal exhibition Metal exhibition, Metal expo, 2019 Metal exhibition, 2019 Metal expo, China Metal exhibition, China Metal expo, steel exhibition, steel expo, 2019 steel exhibition, 2019 steel expo, China steel exhibition, China steel expo
