Majestic Steel USA, a leading steel service center, announced it has completed the acquisition of the business and assets of Flatrolled Steel, Inc. Majestic Steel will operate the Houston/Dallas-based business under the Majestic Steel name. The acquisition will allow Majestic Steel to expand its business in the Southwest, while continuing to provide quality products in a Majestic way.
Majestic Steel President, Mr Todd Leebow said that "We''re happy to announce the acquisition of Flatrolled Steel. We see this as an opportunity to expand our reach in the Southwest region while continuing to support the existing business.
