Canada to keep imposing AD duty certain steel plate imports from 10 countries- The 20th China (Guangzhou) Int’l Plate metal, Bar, wire, Metal Processing &Setting

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) reported that the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) will continue imposing anti-dumping duty on certain hot-rolled carbon steel plate and high-strength low‑alloy steel plate imports from 10 countries, including Bulgaria, the Czech Republic, Romania, Ukraine, Brazil, Denmark, Indonesia, Italy, Japan and South Korea.
After the expiration review of the anti-dumping duty on the above mentioned products, the duty will be remained as the CITT found that the domestic industry in Canada might be injured if the anti-dumping duty was cancelled.
