Turkish color-coated steel plate imports fall in Aug - The 20th China (Guangzhou) Int’l Plate metal, Bar, wire, Metal Processing &Setting Equipment Exhibition

According to the statistics from Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK), Turkey imported around 1,100 tons of color-coated steel plate this August, dropping by 54.8% compared to the same month a year ago.
In the first 8 months this year, the imports of Turkish color-coated steel plate totaled around 21,500 tons, up by 2.1% compared to the same period last year.
Among them, the imports from Italy were around 4,600 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 4.3%; those from Belgium were around 3,900 tons, a year-on-year increase of 3.4%; those from South Korea were around 3,100 tons, a year-on-year increase of 148.4%; those from China were around 3,000 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 20.5%.
