Australia issues final AD result for wire rod in coil imports from Indonesia, South Korea, Viet- The 19th China (Guangzhou) Int’l Plate metal, Bar, wire, Metal Processing &Setting Equipment Exhibition

The Australian Anti-Dumping Commission issued the final result for the imports of wire rod in coil from Indonesia, South Korea and Vietnam. The commission announced that the exports from Indonesian PT Islets Indo were determined as anti-dumping, but the range was lower than 2%. Also, the exports from Vietnam, South Korea and other exporters in Indonesia did not injure the Australian market. Therefore, the committee stopped the investigation.
The anti-dumping investigation started from June, 2017, applied by Australian steel manufacturer OneSteel Manufacturing Pty Ltd.
The products involved were with the HS Code of 7213.91.00 and 7227.9090.
