China’s steelmaker Jiangsu Shagang Group has announced its price list in the domestic market for September. The company decided to hike its prices for wire rod by RMB50/ton for September; the prices of rebar remained flat for September.
After prices adjustment, the prices HRB400 rebar with thickness of 16-25mm are at RMB4,250/ton, remain unchanged; the prices of HPB300 carbon steel wire rod with diameter of 6.5mm are at RMB4,390/ton, up by RMB50/ton; the prices of HRP400 wire rod with diameter of 8-10mm are at RMB4,510/ton, up by RMB50/ton, the above prices include 17% VAT, effective on September 1st.
