As the international market prices and raw material costs become higher, Argentina''s domestic hot rolled coil and cold rolled coil prices rose this month. Hot rolled coil and cold rolled coil prices rose by about 2-3%, but for hot galvanized coil and rebar prices remained steady.
As of September 8th (Friday), Argentina’s domestic hot rolled coil prices was at US$ 685-700/ton ex-factory, compared with US$670-680/ton in previous month; that of cold rolled coil price was at US$825-835/ton ex-factory, up slightly compared with US$800-825/ton in previous week; that of the prices of hot dip galvanized coil and rebar remined steady at US$1050-1140/ton and US$840-850/ton ex-factory, respectively.
