According to Iran Ministry of Industrial and Trade announced in the first eight months (March 20, 2016 ¨C November 20), Iran exported over 6 million tons of crude steel and steel products. It expects to reach 9 million tons in 2017.
By 2025, Iran''s steel production capacity will reach an annual output of 55 million tons.
According to the World Steel Association data showed that Iran¡¯s crude steel production was 13.21 million tons for first nine months, increased by 8% compared with the same period of last year.
