Danieli to supply sublance based BOF process control systems to Huai¡¯an Special Steel & Hebei Jingye Iron and Steel-The 19th China(Guangzhou)Int'l Stainless Steel Industry Exhibition

Huai¡¯an Special Steel Co Ltd and Hebei Jingye Iron and Steel Co Ltd have selected Danieli Corus for the design, supply and installation supervision of Sublance-Based Process Control Systems for their BOF steelmaking plants.
Huai¡¯an Special Steel is part of the Shagang Group. In recent years, Shagang Group has purchased multiple BOF Process Control Systems from Danieli Corus, including one to replace an underperforming system from a competing European supplier. Based on the high quality and reliability of the equipment as well as the continued strong performance of the Danieli Corus experts on site at Shagang''s BOF plants, Danieli Corus was selected for this next project. The system for Hebei Jingye will be implemented at all three of the 180 converters of their No. 2 steelmaking plant.
These orders bring the total number of Danieli Corus Sublance Systems to 127, of which 79 installed in the People¡¯s Republic of China since 2000.
