Posco continues to raise stainless steel prices for Jan-The 18th China(Guangzhou)Int'l Stainless Steel Industry Exhibition

It is reported that South Korean Pohang Iron and Steel Company (POSCO) has announced
decided to increase stainless steel prices for January 2017, including 300 and 400 series all raised by 200,000 won/ton. Mainly chromium iron, oil prices and exchange rate variations caused costs to rise.
Posco has also raised stainless steel plate prices for November-December 2016, for 300 series prices up by 350,000 won/ton, 400 series prices up by 200,000 won/ton, respectively
