New Zealand-based Hayes Intl., with a U.S. location in Moundridge, Kan., has installed a corrugated curver at Bridger Steel in Montana.
The fully automated machine will allow the company to smooth-curve 2.67- by 7/8-in.-deep corrugated sheets for such applications as radius roof curves, liquid storage tanks, feed troughs, architectural curves, and window wells.
Standard features include horizontal or vertical operation, pivoting base, pinch-point guarding, end stop for simple setups, variable-speed drive controllers, and PC-based software with remote accessibility.
