JSW Steel's consolidated crude steelproduction at 22.15 lakh tonnes in July'24-25th China(Guangzhou) Int'l Laser Equipment and Sheet Metal Industry Exhibition

jSW Steel said that its consolidated crude steel production for the month of July 2024 was at 22.15 lakh tonnes, which is higher by g% as comparedwith the same period last year.
Crude steel production in July 2o23 was 2o.39 lakh tonnes.
The companys India division has recorded steel production volume of21.40 lakh tonnes in July 2024, up 13% YoY. Further, the capacity utilisation level at thecompanys Indian operations for the period under review stood at g1%.
Ohio-based jSW Steel USA has reported steel production volume of o.75 lakh tonnes for July2024 as against o.67 lakh tonnes for July 2023.

The company had reported 64.2g% decline in consolidated net proft to Rs 867 crore in Q1 FY25as compared with Rs 2,428 crore posted in same quarter last year Revenue from operationsrose 1.73% year on year (YoY) to Rs 42,943 crore in the quarter ended June 2024.Source: Business Standard
