According to the final result of anti-dumping (AD) duty administrative review, the US Department of Commerce (USDOC) determined that Ukraine’s Interpipe, the sole producer/exporter subject to this review, made sales of oil country tubular goods (OCTG) in the US market at prices lower than the fair value during the period of review from July 10, 2019 to June 30, 2020.
The weighted-average dumping margin for Interpipe was set at 27.80%.
This measure was applicable from February 10, 2022.
